About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features for our multi-sensory AI products.
Responsibilities:
- Take active part in research and development of cutting-edge innovative Android applications leveraging computer vision and AR technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate AI vision models for detecting and tracking real-world objects in real-time.
- Optimize application performance for smooth and efficient operation.
- Share expertise by conducting code reviews and providing guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, with a focus on Android (Java, Kotlin) - must
- Strong understanding of computer vision concepts and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., OpenCV, ML Kit) - must
- Proficiency in AR development using ARCore - must
- Knowledge of 3D computing and rendering technologies - big advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with cross-platform development frameworks. (advantage).
- Background in developing SDKs and working with third-party integrations. (advantage).
- Experience with AI and machine learning models, particularly in vision-related applications (advantage).
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration (advantage).
- Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs (advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
