Duda is the leading SaaS B2B website-building platform designed primarily for web professionals, agencies, and SaaS companies. It offers a drag-and-drop editor, customizable templates, and responsive design capabilities to create modern, mobile-friendly websites quickly.

About the Role:

Duda is looking for an outstanding Web Designer to join their growing Templates Design team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools and to join a successful and dynamic team of professionals.

As a Web designer, you will have a huge and direct impact on the initial (and therefore important) touch point of their user journey: You’ll help Duda’s users to create their stunning websites by designing innovative, beautiful and inspiring online web design templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative vision and process from initial concept through high-end visual design to building the site on Duda’s platforms.
  • Be a part of a data-driven environment with a deep understanding of users' needs and intent, and be a key player in optimizing templates and content design strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers, content writers, video creators, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance Duda’s advanced product features within our templates.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Duda's content design standards and product features.
  • Help define design guidelines, methodologies, culture, and education of the design guild.

Required Competence and Skills:

  • A web designer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web design.
  • An expert in web standards including layout, typography, imagery, and functionality.
  • A pixel-perfect freak with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creative and design solutions.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills - in both spoken and written English.
  • A storyteller who can clarify concepts and brainstorm ideas.
  • Always proactive and continuously updated with the latest visual trends. You’re constantly advancing your skills and knowledge.
  • Mindful of how to strike a balance between creative and business needs.
  • A Bachelor’s degree graduate in Visual Communications (advantage).
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS (advantage).
  • Proficient in motion design tools like After Effects (advantage).
  • Experience with the website builders (advantage)
