About the Role:
Within our Global DevOps department, you will play a pivotal role in managing our pre-production and development systems, which support our SaaS products. As a part of they team, you will actively contribute to building and maintaining our AWS environment, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement through DevOps processes and automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deployment processes for applications, ensuring efficient and error-free releases
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of applications
- Manage and maintain configuration settings for application components
- Implement and oversee configuration management tools to ensure consistency across environments
- Establish and maintain monitoring systems to track the performance and health of applications and infrastructure
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of application infrastructure with other IT components
- Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents promptly
- You will work on an application based on a Linux server (On perm)
- You will have cross-product responsibility for CICD and the standard process
Required Competence and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer focusing on infrastructure, with expertise in Linux-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of the Dockris platform (K8, OCP)
- Strong knowledge in one of the following applications (WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle, Jenkins)
- Strong capability to troubleshoot complicated problem
- Ability to learn new technology and implement it in our environment
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Ability to perform in a global company, in a multi cultural environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong work ethic, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
