About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to spearhead the development of the flagship product and elevate a team of highly skilled developers to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will provide mentorship and guidance to your team while driving innovation and excellence in the design and implementation of cutting-edge features. Leveraging your expertise in JavaScript, React, and PHP, you will play a key role in shaping the product's future and ensuring its success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the technical design and architecture of new features, ensuring they meet high performance, scalability, and availability standards.
- Provide technical oversight and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.
- Pioneer innovative solutions from both a technological and business perspective.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, identifying and mitigating potential issues early in the development process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD and automated testing strategies.
Required Competence and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- 3+ years of experience in leadership or mentorship roles, preferably as a Tech Lead in dynamic fast-paced environments.
- 4+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience in PHP
- Experience with unit and end-to-end (E2E) testing
- Experience with CSS and SCSS
- Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and industry best practices
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility
- Strong English language communication skills, both verbal and written
